In 2010, if you asked me, I would have said “I’m a cyclist”, now I say “I’m a runner” and I wish I’d been a runner earlier in my life.

Running has brought me new friends, fun times, and new levels of fitness.

I live in NJ with my wife and 2 kids (aged 3 and 5 as of late 2012), and have been here for just over 10 years. I grew up in Cambridge, England.

RUNNJ.ORG is a project of mine that came from trying to find new places to run in NJ. There is also a Facebook page where I post updates. Please “like” the page!

Update: I have just started a blog to chronicle the amusing things my kids say and do (I just accidentally posted a video to the wrong blog so still trying to sort things out): kidantics.wordpress.com – note I haven’t been keeping this up to date, maybe I will again soon…

Thanks for checking out my blog. Like you, I went from cycling to running. Great camaraderie in the running community, which was harder to find in cycling. Best to you.
